About Web Design:

 

At Made By Melf, we work under the assumption that websites will be made responsively, that is they will look great on all screen sizes and devices.  I build sites using a CMS, or content management system, such as Wix.com. Because Google punishes rankings for non-mobile-friendly sites, a business can no longer afford to have a website that is not responsive. Using the CMS will ensure that you will be able to make changes to your website after it is built with relative ease.

 

Like the businesses they represent, websites are not all created equal. Websites serve various purposes, feature different technology and therefore they can vary greatly in cost as the level of design and functionality increases and becomes more complex to suit your company’s needs. Our hourly rate is $40/hr.  All of our pricing is based on this hourly rate, as well as, any cost by the CMS system we use (wix.com). 

 

If you have a website but need help with updating it or redesigning it, we are familiar with most CMS systems.  As long as you have your log-in information, we will look at the system to make sure we can help you with your redesign.  If for some reason, we are unable to help you, there will be no charge for the time we have spent.

 

Graphic Design:

Any grapic design work needed for your project will be included within my normal hourly rate. 

 

Website Updates: 

After the site is completed to you satisfaction, all updates will be at our hourly rate of $40/hr. with a minimum charge of $40.

 

On-Site Training Option:

While most websites are built on easy-to-use CMS’ nowadays, not everyone knows how to get started with them. After I create the site for you, I can spend time with you training you how to use your new site, as well and ensuring that everything works properly and giving you the chance to make any necessary changes.

 

This is a great option for someone who may not have the knowledge or time to create a site, but wants to have the ability to make simple changes on your own.

 

Training cost:

• $150 for the first 2 hours.  $40/hr. for additional time.  

• Anyone not within a 20 mile radius of Little Rock, AR will incur a $.50 per mile charge for travel expense (according to Google Maps).

• Anyone outside the State of Arkansas will be quoted upon request.
